Return and Refund

Patanjali Paridhan offers an easy return policy that allows customer to return a purchased item within the specified return/ exchange period . You are welcome to try a product,however we request your care to preserve its condition . To request a return , simply create a return request under the  "My account" section of the website  with your purchase details within 24 hours of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. 

Following products fall in the non-refundable category -Innerwear-( brief , panties ,bras ,vests,boxers ,trunks ,socks and stockings ,shapewear ) towels , pillow , jewellery and gift vouchers issued by Patanjali Paridhan .There is  no returns/refunds/exchange on Promotional  or  items on DISCOUNT OR SALE .

THERE IS NO EXCHANGE/ RETURNS DURING THE DURATION OF  COVID 19. ALL RMAs are INVALID DURING THIS PERIOD.

 

Conditions for return of a product include the following -

1. The product must be unused, unwashed , free of adour / smell of perfume or deodorant and in a saleable condition  .

2. All  price tags / brand tags / shoe box / jewellery box ,all packaging material and accompanying accessories must be intact.

3. Please keep  packet ready and open for visual examination of the product at the time of  return pick-up by the courier agent .

4.The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 3-4 business days from the date of request.

We offer reverse pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.

 Patanjali Paridhan will initiate a process of refund of the money paid by the customer towards purchase of a Product, if upon conducting quality checks, it is satisfied that the Product being returned entitles the customer to a refund. It is further clarified that the Patanjali Paridhan shall not be required to make any refund in respect of any Product that it deems ineligible for a refund based on such quality checks.Refunds will be processed 5-6 days after the product has reached back to warehouse and has been QC verified .Patanjali Paridhan Pvt Ltd holds the final rights and discretions on the return and refunds of items.

 

At times ,we keep rights to cancel or stop the order processing if product is  mentioned with wrong rates or discounts or product goes out of stock .Easy and hasslefree refunds are made back to customer accounts in such case .
